Use of the app

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Coaches are independently responsible for the plans, advice, and programs they provide to clients through the app.

Hybrid Trakr is a platform connecting coaches and clients; it does not itself provide medical, nutritional, or fitness advice.

Information we collect

Account details you provide: name, email address, and password.

Health and fitness data you choose to log: workouts, meals, body metrics, sleep, and steps (including data synced from Apple Health or Health Connect, only with your permission).

Payment information processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.

Coaching plan payments

Coaching plans are sold directly by individual coaches through the Hybrid Trakr app. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

Refund eligibility

If a coaching plan has not yet started — meaning your coach has not yet assigned any workout, nutrition plan, or session — you are eligible for a full refund if requested within 48 hours of purchase.

Once your coach has assigned a plan or session, refund eligibility is considered on a case-by-case basis in consultation with your coach.

Requesting a refund

To request a refund, contact your coach directly through in-app chat, or reach out to us — see our Contact page — and we will help connect you and review your request.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.

Cancellations

You may stop using a coaching plan at any time. This does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the remaining plan duration unless agreed with your coach or covered under the eligibility terms above.
