Hybrid Trakr ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through the Hybrid Trakr app and how we use it.
We do not sell your personal data. Your logged health and fitness data is visible only to you and the coach you are connected to. We share payment details only with Razorpay, solely to process your transaction.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

By using Hybrid Trakr, you agree to the following terms.
Payments for coaching plans are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to the pricing and duration shown at checkout for that plan.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Coaching plans are sold directly by individual coaches through the Hybrid Trakr app. Refund eligibility for a coaching plan is at the discretion of the coach you purchased the plan from, in line with the terms they shared with you at the time of sale.
To request a refund, contact your coach directly through in-app chat, or reach out to us at the email below and we will help connect you.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.
You may stop using a coaching plan at any time. This does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the remaining plan duration unless agreed with your coach.
